Over a six-month period, I am going to be working with 12 ambitious small business owners who want to see their business thrive in 2023.

We will meet every 2 weeks for 3 hours over a 6 month period to enable you to get traction and really move your business to where it should be. Where you deserve it to be.

That’s 36 hours of face-to-face time working on your business, not in it.

You will crystalise why you do what you do and what you need to do next.

You will dig deeper than you have dug before.

You won’t utter the phrase “because that’s the way I have always done it”.

You will have tools given to you which enable you to implement immediately.

You will be measuring your business to see the impact of your actions.

You will look at the processes, systems and people within and around your business.

You will commit to actions and be accountable for those actions.

After 25 years in business management, having run my own business for almost 16 years and now having formalised my business coaching, I am sharing the tools and secrets with you and your business.

Places are available on a first come first served basis.
